Went for Cross country just now.i was aiming to be 1st for the upper secondary catagory cause many of the people look down on me.Like vanessa and evan.vanessa said"u sure cannot get any prize lah cause u smoke".Evan said "kau macam paham lah an nak dapat first" i bet with evan for a box of ciggrate.if i get first,he gonna buy me one of it.if i doesen't get first then im must buy him one but eventually i got 3rd instead.haiyo.

okey reach school and was stop by ms fizah as she wanted me and norman to give the number tags to the people and we got $2 each.hehe.after that went straight to the hall to have the cross country briefing by mr rani.then we was sent to our respective house area to collect our number tags.so i have to make sure that every single one of puma house pupils get the number tags.the upper sec girls start the run first at 4.00.then its upper sec category to gather at the starting line.while we was gathering,mr siva,teacher in cahre for soccer ask me "How farhan?can win?i answer by saying "im aiming to get first and he laugh.nabe!

its 4.15 and its time for us to run.i started running with 70% of my running.first round going smoothly but when the second round,i feel like im about to vomit.i don give a fuck and continue running.While im still running, the vomit came out from my mouth.again,i don give a fuck again.Like the merlion, i just spit out my vomit while im still running.then i still left about 300 meter away to the finishing line.i sprinted all the way and run through 3 to 4 upper sec boys.Enter the school gate and im challenging with a boy name zuhaili.we was shoulder to shoulder to shoulder.so we sprinted all the way and banging our shoulder against each other and yeah.he won the second place for the cross country.

My run was done and my leg was damn "lengoh".i sitted down and was lying down all around the place.the st john ask me wheather im okey but i don give them any respons as i was fucking tired.When i stand then the st john said "alright.he is okey".Called gf and tell her about the results.she said"okey per 3rd"but im not okey with it lah sey.The prize presention was held in the hall.i was scared and paiseh as i afraid that people will boo at me but im happy after i get the medal as people are shouting and clapping for me.naseb baik lah sey.procced back home.

Its 3 in the morning and im not asleep yet.There's something bothering me this few days and it make me thinking all day long.while im eating and when im about to sleep.seriously.this thing is stuck in my head and it makes me to do more thinking.i donnoe why i have the habbit of thinking negatively and not possitively.because of thinking negatively i have problems sleeping ryte now.its difficult for me to change the habbit.cause for me,thinking negatively come first before thinking possitively.haiss.

Update again this afternoon after cross country !

Its our 3rd month anniversary with gf today..

But eventually can't celebrate it today as she have to spend time with familia ..

We gonna celebrate it on Thursday and sunday yer ..
